The Equality Centre website, launched in December 2021, will provide useful information for policymakers, employers, educators and everyone else interested in gender equality.
The Equality Centre, which is managed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, is a virtual competence centre created for the purpose of increasing the awareness of various target groups of the principles of gender equality by providing the necessary support for independent learning.
The website of the Equality Centre will compile both existing and new materials to be developed under the guidance of the centre, ranging from studies, article collections and guides to online lectures and other materials that support independent learning. The website of the Equality Centre offers the most important news on gender equality as well as exciting information on events, training and campaigns.
The development of the Equality Centre was funded by the Norway Grants 2014–2021 project "Virtual Competence Centre of Gender Equality".
